• We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• We use anonymous analytics (page views, no personal identifiers) to understand what content is useful.
• Your email is only collected if you explicitly subscribe, and only used to send what you asked for.
• Affiliate links may set cookies. We disclose this in detail below.
• You can request deletion of any data we have on you at any time.

1. Who we are

ListingsAI is a product of Brain Storm Corp. We operate at listingsai.directory and can be reached at hello@listingsai.directory.

2. What we collect

a) Information you give us

The only information we collect directly is the email address you provide when you subscribe to our free 7-tool list. We use it to send you the list, occasional updates about new reviews, and nothing else. We never share it with affiliates, advertisers, or third parties.

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit ListingsAI, our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics + Google Analytics 4) may collect:

• Pages visited and time on page
• Referring website (how you got here)
• Country and city (approximate, from IP — not precise location)
• Device type, browser, and screen size

None of this is personally identifiable. We do not track you across other sites. We do not use fingerprinting or other invasive techniques.

3. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies:

• Essential — to remember your preferences (e.g. side panel state)
• Analytics — Vercel Analytics is cookieless; GA4 may set first-party cookies for unique visitor counting
• Affiliate — when you click an affiliate link (ClickFunnels, Systeme, Moosend, etc.), that company sets a cookie to attribute the referral. These cookies are set by the affiliate network, not by us. Duration: 30-90 days typically. See each program's own privacy policy for details.

4. How we use your information

Specifically, to:

1. Send you the 7-tool list when you subscribe (and only that, unless you opt in to more)
2. Understand which content is most useful (via aggregate analytics)
3. Earn affiliate commissions when you sign up for tools we recommend (via referral cookies set by affiliate networks)
4. Detect and prevent abuse or spam

We do not use your information to:

• Sell advertising against your profile
• Build a personal data broker profile
• Share with third parties (other than the affiliate networks needed to track referrals)

5. Your rights (GDPR + CCPA + friends)

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any data we hold on you
• Deletion — request that we delete all data we hold on you
• Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

6. Children's privacy

ListingsAI is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

Email list subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. We clean inactive subscribers (no opens in 12 months) quarterly. Analytics: 14 months in GA4, then auto-deleted. Server logs: 30 days.

8. Security

ListingsAI is hosted on Vercel with HTTPS everywhere. Our email list is stored with a reputable provider (Buttondown or Substack, both GDPR-compliant). No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices and would notify affected users within 72 hours of any breach.

9. Third-party services we use

• Vercel — hosting and analytics (CDN, page views)
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic analysis (cookieless mode where possible)
• Affiliate networks — ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Moosend, Dealify, I'm All In (FBS) — set referral cookies when you click our affiliate links. Each has its own privacy policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as we add features or change providers. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via the email list and a banner on the site.
