The 5-question test

Before we list any tool, we run it through these five questions. If any answer is "no" or "unclear," the tool doesn't get listed — or it gets listed with a warning.

1. Does it actually work?

We sign up. We test the core features. We check that the free plan (if it has one) is actually usable — not a 7-day trial disguised as "free." If we can't get a real account or the product is broken in obvious ways, we skip it.

2. Is the affiliate program honest?

We verify commission rate, cookie length, payout threshold, and payment methods. We won't list a program that pays high but has shady terms (locked commissions, clawbacks on refunds, payout minimums of $500+).

3. Does it work outside the US?

Most of our readers aren't in the US. We check whether the tool actually works in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, and other underserved regions. We note any region-locked features explicitly.

4. Is the company stable?

We look at how long the company has been around, whether it has real funding or revenue, and whether it has a track record of supporting its users. We avoid fly-by-night vendors and obvious scams.

5. Would we use it?

The final test. If we wouldn't recommend it to a friend looking to earn or save money, we don't list it. Period.

What our listings include

Every program on ListingsAI includes the same information, so you can compare them easily:

  • Name and one-line summary
  • Best for — who this is right for
  • What it costs — real pricing, including free-tier limits
  • How it helps you earn or save — concrete and realistic, no income guarantees
  • Honest pros AND real cons — both sides, no spin
  • Works globally? — flag US-only or country-limited programs
  • Clear CTA — using our affiliate link, with disclosure
  • FTC line — "If you sign up through our link we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you."

What we won't list

  • Credit repair & financial services — YMYL trust and compliance risk.
  • Trading platforms (eToro, Plus500, Trading 212) — financial promotion is restricted in several SEA countries.
  • Cashback sites (TopCashback, Rakuten) — region-locked.
  • Get-rich-quick schemes — anything that promises "guaranteed income."
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) — we don't promote programs that pay for recruitment.
  • Crypto "passive income" platforms — most are unsustainable or outright scams.

How we make money

We earn affiliate commissions when you sign up for tools through our links. It costs you nothing extra. The company pays us a referral fee out of their marketing budget, not yours.

This is the only way we make money. We don't accept paid placements. We don't sell reviews. We don't run sponsored posts. If a tool is listed, it's because we think it's worth your time — the affiliate commission just lets us keep the lights on while we research and write.

How often we update

Every listing is reviewed at least quarterly. We check pricing, feature changes, payout policies, and any major company news. If a tool gets worse — or better — we update the listing.

If you spot something we got wrong, tell us — we fix it.
